Journey Fast Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Journey Fast respects your privacy.

Information Stored in the App

Journey Fast stores information you choose to record, including fasting start and end times, fasting history, water intake, hydration goals, weight, body measurements, and app preferences.

Local Storage

Your fasting records, hydration entries, weight, body measurements, and settings are stored locally on your device. Journey Fast does not require an account or send this information to our servers.

Currently, deleting app data or uninstalling Journey Fast may permanently remove your locally stored records. Because our team does not have access to this data or maintain server backups, we cannot recover records that have been deleted or lost.

Health Data

With your permission, Journey Fast reads step counts from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android to display your activity and progress over time. You can use the other app features without granting access to step data.

Health data accessed by Journey Fast stays on your device. We do not send it to our servers, sell it, or use it for advertising, marketing, or tracking.

You can manage or revoke Journey Fast's health data permissions through Apple Health or Health Connect. Removing the app does not delete the original step records stored in those services.

Analytics

Journey Fast does not currently use analytics, tracking tools, advertising networks, or third-party services to collect personal information.

Notifications

Journey Fast may use device notification features to remind you about fasting goals. These notifications are handled by your device operating system.

Data Sharing

Journey Fast does not sell, share, rent, or distribute your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Journey Fast is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy
